Hands on experience on Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Re-order point planning, MRP, MPS, Long term Planning, Capacity planning and Production scheduling, Batch Management, Serial number management with discrete and Process industry.Designing solutions in OMP by working with scenarios and solvers.Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing IBP business solutions.Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementation of OMP modules, such as Forecasting/Demand Planning, S&OP and OPR.If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).Knowledge of integrating OMP with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, work flows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications for enhancements, layouts and reports etc.In-depth knowledge of the different modules, especially planning, scheduling and OPR, including solvers, product wheels, etc.Works together with the functional team to drive the adoption of standard business practices.
Architecting Planning solutions using OMP modules, specifically Forecast, S&OP and OPR, to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, work flows and data management/data migration.Support the entire lifecycle of a delivery project, including scoping, design, execution, and testing.Lead the configuration of the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources like worksheets, solvers, alerts, metrics, scorecards, etc.Support growth and delivery of the capability. Serve as the architect and planer for delivery initiatives ensure that the delivery architecture, capabilities, and operations are consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements of the managed service offerings.
